1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using SpaceCredit, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a Nigerian resident, and have a valid BVN. You must provide accurate information at sign-up and keep it current.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.
4. Cluster lending
SpaceCredit is a platform that facilitates lending between cluster members. Loans are made by members to members — not by SpaceCredit. We are not a bank and do not act as lender.
5. Fees
Personal accounts are free. Cluster fees are charged per cycle and disclosed before any cycle starts. See Pricing for details.
6. Repayment obligations
If you receive a loan within a cluster, you agree to repay according to the cluster's agreed schedule. Missed repayments lower your Cluster Trust and may result in cluster removal.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use SpaceCredit to launder money, finance terrorism, defraud other members, or engage in any unlawful activity. We cooperate fully with Nigerian regulators and law-enforcement.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or any applicable law. You may close your account at any time after settling outstanding obligations.
9. Liability
SpaceCredit provides the platform "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for member-to-member disputes, loss of profits, or indirect damages.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be resolved in Lagos State courts.
